Finding subtle bias in performance evaluations
This study investigates the impact of implicit gender bias on medical trainee evaluations and explores interventions to mitigate such bias. By retrospectively analyzing baseline evaluation data and prospectively implementing targeted implicit bias training, the study aims to assess changes in gender-specific linguistic patterns and quantitative evaluations across diverse specialties, ultimately fostering a more equitable learning environment. Upon completion, participants will be asked to complete an assessment of the tool via the System Usability Scale (SUS)
